i'm that HI elf paladin Kamus and i was wondering if someone can give me any suggestions about where to level, what quests to do, what items to get.I'm currently level 15 and im Blackburrow and i feel like im missing a bit too much and dealing little damage, please help

I would suggest you go to warrens to fight untill you are about level 24. You should be able to hold your own against those mobs.
Items I cant really help you with, I cant really remember which item I used at that level, but I would concentrate most on leveling if I was you. Leveling will get you better items in the end since you will be able to get more money from loot and you will then be able to buy low end items from players. Thats prob your best way of getting items.
Warrens can also be ok pp for you at that level.

Being that you're a paladin and your specialty is smashing the undead menace, I would recommend going to Shrouded Island. You'll be able to exp there and collect decent loot up until your mid-upper 30's. Pieces for quest armor drop there (molds, silk, leather, greyed links, golden sheets). Also check with the cleric guild leader in Erudin for a quest. It takes place mainly in SI and the reward is a nice ac10 wis5 svd10 svp10 helmet that is cleric and pally only.
Definitely worth checking out. There's some named mobs too. I won't tell you what exactly drops everything, but if you spend some time there, you'll figure it out. Good luck!

Check the forums for the zone connection maps. Shrouded Island is where Kerra Isle was on live. Erudin>Mistoods>Shrouded Island (Erudin>Toxx>Kerra Isle on EQL).
Anyway, it's a good zone, but better once you're up around 20 or so. Pulls might be more limited at 15. But definitely check it out.
