The only fix pallys need is for their Lay of Hands button to work properly

Man I've mashed this button so many times and had nothing happen. Only to die and come back with the mouse click bug where you have to mash all your mouse buttons to get it unstuck from your Lay hands button.

It is pretty damn frustration when I hit the LoH button and nothing happens!

I have noticed better agro since the recent healing agro changes. (I also picked up a soulfire, which was leaps and bounds better than what I had. Sad, I know.) I don't know if it was enough because I have been mostly duoing, but it is a step in the right direction (at least for me.)
