Ornate Gloves vs. Combine Gloves

After searching for gloves for low tier monk, I noticed that Ornate Draconic Leather Gloves had a neat proc, but stormwoven had no info. I gambled my one marvelous gem and got Ornate Stormwoven Leather Gloves. I'm pretty happy with the result, but wondering if combine gloves will be better. I decided to post instead of gambling my one peerless gem. I know ornate got an update recently and was wondering if anyone knows the stats on combine gloves, as there is no info on wiki.
