Order of class needs in high end encounters

Dear Carnigo,
A good friend just brought to me your malcontence over the state of Paladin group heals. After reviewing the situation I agree, and have lowered the cast and recast time of Eth Cleansing to 1.75/20, as well as the mana cost to 295.
I know that you no doubt expected word of mouth to bring these complaints to me after you put them in the spotlight by making a not-so-subtle "paladins suck" with this thread, but while this is a clever and intricate tactic, there is another, which you might be familiar with, called "Making a suggestions post". If you would try this one next time, I would be much obliged to respond to any valid complaints about your class!

When I clicked on his name for his profile and looked at other posts he has made - there is a common trend in several that he views pally's as sub-par. It was then that I understood Wiz's response.

Personally, I don't have the same viewpoint. So let's call this thread retarded because he thinks his class sucks. I don't think this will snowball into the Lokdar-Beastlord epidemic since there are only like 2 active level 65 Paladins. But hey, that's just my opinion.

This thread is retarded because the OP posted nothing but his completely unfounded opinions, and it was just a not-so-subtle veil for another whine instead of trying to discuss any real issues in a constructive way.

Anyways...who cares if he is inderectly trying to say that paladins suck. I dont see the damage that can do personaly. Like Aratar said there are only a handful of active high end ones. They are a good class and one that wouldn't be hard to argue for (in the case that you had to) Like many classes, they are slightly oval instead of perfectly round. Meaning simply that there are some things that need work. However, since this topic has gotten totally onto paladins now...I think the problem with them is styles. Styles need to be looked at to balance melees. I hear this gripe all the time brought up in guild and in groups and in all sorts of chats. As a caster, and therefor fairly style-neutral, I think they should ALL be looked at, especially increased duration/decreased effect.
