Open Raids?

A couple of times I saw someone running open raids but didn't get the name of that person and if it worked becasue I was playing a lower level toon at the time. I was just wondering if those are still on or if that isn't being done anymore.

Onos and Gtoo have led public raids in the past, but I think Onos (aka Junius) gave away his toon and Gtoo joined Steel, so I don't think those happen any longer.

I've tryed leading some, but need a good puller/tank/healer ( 1 of those ) but no1 ever wants to join
