Nug's quest ( https://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/wiki/Nug's_quest ) refers to NPC's that seem to have been replaced by others. The drinks also refer to the older NPC's by name. One of them, the darkelf in the armor shop, even announces himself as the previous NPC when hailed. All NPC's will accept the drink and return the token, it's just not a doable quest without the wiki locations.
