NPC XP debt removal

I noticed with this that it is based on level. My pre 20 char can pay 2p over and over and over. My post 40 char (never used rez service before) pays 30p for his first time using it.

I was just wondering if it has ever been considered to base the charge on # of times the service was used? I am not complaining on how it is by any means. A rez at 40+ is well worth 30p, but it seems to allow abuse to some degree at lower levels.

How exactly does it allow abuse at lower levels?
It still costs coin and requires time to travel to the NPC and back to hunting grounds. Time which is not spent xping, and at lower levels I have seen folks take longer to go get the debt removed then it would have taken to just work off. So at lower levels honestly it is more of a money sink then anything else.

Seriously, see how many kills it takes your pre20 char to work off debt.

Also not all/many pre 20 toons can afford 2p a shot repeatedly. On my first toon at that level the bling was kinda skimpy and that didnt change for me really till I was able to kill IG's.
