Noob question with eq-windows

I am play in window mode but my cursor is stuck in the eq window, like when i alt-ent for window it comes up small but i cant drag the cursor outside of the eq window to do other stuff, like duel boxing. Thanks

Alt + Tab is what is used to switch between windows for EQW. to get to the desktop really depends on which windows you're running. i got vista ultimate on one of my comps and home premium on the other. on one i can alt tab to the desktop, the other i cant. so anywho... yeah Alt + Tab to switch between windows.
 
I use Alt + Tab to switch between EQW windows and the Windows key on my keyboard to release the mouse cursor for other stuff.

This is an eqw command which can be changed, go to eqw.ini and check the RELEASE command ; there is also a SWITCH command that lets you jump straight to your other window. for example I put ctrl X - but this doesn't work when the other client is zoning/loading. In this last case use Alt tab or windows key.
