No sound and wierd graphics

Hi all, trying to get back into EQ with my brothers but running into problems. On my computer when I load ********* every thing is fine, but i have no sound (even though all sound options are checked). On my brothers' computers, thier graphics freak out causing all character and npc models to implode then explode after implosion. It's quit odd to look at. Any who, i was just wondering if you guys ran into this before. Seems odd on a computer that can run so many other graphicaly intense programs but not *********. Thanks =)

It sounds like you running into dual or quad core issues. Make sure to bind affinity to a single processer when you run the patcher. Simply make sure the box is checked on the SOD patcher. It will help with your graphic issues.

As for your sound I have no clue.
