no priest of discord?

i saw a light blue pvp enabled halfling the other day. I gated back to the city, in a hurry to enable my pvp, only to find that the priest of discord wasn't around. it was daytime.

every city ive been to lacks a pod. i used to have a level 10ish character on here and I remember using a POD so that's why i'm confused.

Grobb/Oggok/Newport lack one, for me, so far.

There are no priest of discord. This isn't live.

There 's a Priest of War in Oggok for sure, when you enter the city after first merchant and get to the guard tower, there is one there iirc.

Yes, look for the Priest of War to enable yourself PVP, or the Priest of Harmony to disable PVP.
