no more instant rezz?

Hey.
Im sure most of us have at one point or another been rezzed while zoning as a cause of someone not saying they are going to rezz or just plain not caring.

The result if it has eluded anyone is that your corpse is not rezzable and you loose the time it takes to get the xp back.

On live they had a question box that asked if you wanted to accept the rezz or not. Since that box is not here im guessing its not possible.

Which leads me to ask, is it possible to do it with /cm?
When rezzed give the user a question, something like.
'<NameHere> is trying to rezzurect your spirit, will you accept?'
[D1] Yes
[D2] No

I'm barely recalling it, but I was pretty sure there was a command to block rezzes until it was turned off.

But in any case it seems needless.
