No 3d Device Found

Ok, long story short. Motherboard and hard drive crashed.
Got new ones
Installed windows and updated ALL drivers, INCLUDING GRAPHICS CARD.
Downloaded .NET, direct x 9 and all files needed to run SoD (patcher, maps, ect ect)

For some reason though, after I run the SoD patcher, it comes up with a pop up saying 'No 3d Device Found'

Someone, anyone! Help me!

Also, do you have the latest version of directx installed and did you download the most recent video drivers for your pc?

Does that include the chipset drivers?

Yes and I did
And I believe I found the problem

I ran dxdiag.exe and did an inspection of the cards output
It seems it doesnt support Direct3dAcceleration

So it looks like im going back to the comp store tomorrow and try to find one that works ><
