Nightsong

Im bored and always have this in the back of my mind... could nightsong get a song modifier on it weither it been stringed or percusion or something. I was wondering if there would be any chance for this to happen as there is only 2 weapons i know of with a mod on em.. 1 is too hard to get the other kinda sucks... and the name nightsong it sounds like it should as firesong is a instument with a mod and they sound similar? Bye
 
Nightsong is an old item, which never had a song mod from original design. Plus, every high end bard weapon shouldn't have song modifiers; makes them too commonplace and perhaps a little too strong. Plus, it would allow those with Firesong and Nightsong to have two good instruments equipped at once.

I'd have to say no on this one.
 
Not being a bard myself, I still have to say that instruments are few and far between on winters roar. There are of course a few out there, and a few good ones at that, but variety is always nice....
 
hmmm...

Now that i think about it i see why there are so few instuments kinda cause all a drum is is just dmg no delay really... so u can't have a drum that is faster just more dmg and idk maybe having 3.4 mod drums is a lil unbalanced.. idk but bards seem to be lacking in the mod's selection instuments are not easy to find... how many weapons daggers wands drop for people in game... most 65 bards still have darkskull drum witch drops from green mobs i wana be differnt i already look like a bag of skittles... I don't think the server would dissagre that more raid instuments need to be put in... beside firesong and them there hard....
 
There ARE several more drums above Darksteel. It's not our fault that you haven't gotten them as drops yet. And I play a bard.
 
Prathia is right, Tim. Just get PR to go 'raid' POAir for a drum, for instance. It's not even a hard fight. Heck, it's been 1-grouped past the point where the percussion instrument drops and the named isn't that hard, just not 1 groupable. Start pursuading =)...
 
yea i found out where a few drop there just hard to get and really rare... but yea ive never even been in poa.... o there was this one time i was there.....:( but yea ill have to wait till zone revamps are down and then we gotta go there and find out where or if its still there... and i hear planes are going to be made harder...anyways yea us pr bards need another drum:)
