Hey, we attempted newport ring 4 in highpass a little while ago. We got past the first part with the multiple waves of 2 undead guards. At one part, the injured guard laid down and said he couldn't fight anymore and that we were to go on without him, which we did. We killed probably a dozen or so risen guards throughout the zone and arrived at the shadowdale zone line, where several Newport Guards and a prostrate "dying newport captain" were at. No response was made by the captain to hails by anyone, and nothing happened. We checked back with the injured guard at the eastern badlands zone, who was standing up at full health and not responding to hails. Not sure if we did something wrong on this quest or if there is an issue with it right now, but wanted to post here to find out either way what we needed to do.
We tried petitioning and asking in IRC at the time, but noone was available to help, unfortunately.
