Everything is patched, first from EQL and then SoD, and i can run the game, and get all the way to making my character, however when i select a character and click enter, it goes to the loading screen, but nothing happens, there Isn't even a loading bar. Excuse me if this has been covered somewhere already, but I've looked and also been trying stuff to fix it here and there.

Edit:Ok just noticed a popup thing in the background saying I'm missing mapfile nightmareb or some such. Also I've patched and repatched a few times, so I don't think thats gonna solve it.
 
I seem to be getting this pop-up, too. Strange...

EDIT: Found the solution, amazing what some searching will do.
 
You need do as the start guide says and download the PoP patch via advanced tab.

Reading instructions is a really good idea sometimes!
