New patcher problems, missing .dll

Whenver i finish patching, the patcher tells me that i have a missing .dll file, mss32.dll what does this mean?? how do i fix it???

I'm not sure how to fix this problem but i think there are other posts

about this very topic sumwhere in this Forum
 
I got the same error last night I went back through and made the patcher redo the update then it worked fine for me.

ive repatched at least 20 times and it still gives me the error, and i tried downloading the file and putting in my EQ folder but it still didnt work
 
A quick search on google confirms what Kes found, and that popular programs such as Winamp require this DLL to run - a quick search over my C:\ has found mss32.dll in pretty much every game directory I have - download the dll and place it under your EverQuest root directory.

whats your HL2 dll and how can i fix my... it says theres a problem with the dynamic link library and i dont have winamp...
