What type of new items are needed for different Class/race combos

Interested in figuring out what people think would really bring more balance and not only that but depth too, char diversity between classes AND inside any given class... I dont know about u guys but i like the idea of two chars of the same class and lvl being totally different and equally powerful but in different ways.

so give me some feedback on what type of items and enhancements would REALISTICALLY enhance the game for the better...
