New Enchanter charm

will the new Charm regulations only work for enchanters only? the front page said "made a fairly significant change to standard charm spells"

Will this affect druids and necro charms as well? they do get very decent charms albeit for animals and undead,but still. will they see the charm lovin' too?
 
Looks like it should still be there to me.

Except that it doesn't stack with Tash spells, and now those don't get removed first. Whoops.
 
Is the reason druid/nec dont benefit just that it might be OP or?

I'd like to see everyone get this change to make charm more viable everywhere. How much raid content has charmable undead/animals that wasnt intended specifically for that purpose?
