"Druids bring so much to the table over a cleric "

I said this because I have played a druid and I have played a cleric and unless you are doing nothing but healing, a druid can do so much more than a cleric. I will stand by that statement because when I come to the table with cyen I tell you...here is my bag of heals. It is a big bag, but it has heals. When I come to the table with a druid my bag is big and full of many different presents.

All in all, we played a bit with the druid heals last night and other than the awful cast time on their group heal still, I think that the devs accomplished what they were aiming for with the change in their healing.

new druid single target heals aren't that bad. chloroshock and revitalize are doing like 300 less than ancient and relic did.

Chloroshock has the same range as ancient quick heal did, yes. The new HoTs have pretty short ranges.

the group heal time has really always been fine. You just need to know how to use it. Also yes druids are more versatile, but clerics can accomplish the same thing aside from a few buffs and ports with much greater efficiency (i.e dps, healing, and aggro management)

so far i'm pretty impressed at the potency of the new hots, and also with the fact that they stack. that's pretty awesome. curious though, how are other people who play druids adjusting their spells gems. my box has a ton of heals loaded atm, which takes away from dot's or nukes or the debuff. was wondering if i am going overkill on heals compared to others.

as far as dps, I only unloaded my DoT. I have 2 heals, 2 HoTs, group heal, and word of fulfillment loaded. Nightfire and archaic are the other 2

I will probably have to unmen runic heal on zorcid as I rarely use it. Right now though I have a free spell gem on the bottom that I use for random shit depending on the situation.

Wasn't Chloroshock bumped up to fill this role?
Oh yes, my druid never had it until now, she got her ancient at level 60 so I never bought it. Luckily I found a copy on my bf's vendor. I may stop killing my enc now. But yeah having 8 heals up is ugh, I'm thinking of what else I'll remove from spellbar, too.

I'm still not sure how druid changes are only grouped with 1 druid since changes, but if they're better overall nothing to complain about not enough healers around as it is a lot of the time.
