Necro race

hello, i start today in shards of dalaya, and i want start with a necro, but i dont know what race is good for necro, why i am new, someone can help me to decide for race?. thanks a lot

The +10% to focus items that gnomes get and the +5% to all specializations that Erudites get trump the regen from iksars

That said, it really doesn't matter in the end, any race will do just fine as a necro

Even with 10% focus, you still have to be a gnome... Same goes for erudite though it is slightly less terrible to be an erudite.

The best races have already been discussed imo. As for aesthetics, when I think of an ancient, powerful, and evil wizard I think of a malignant and corrupt elf or a human that with his or her innate lust for power and knowledge has managed to unlock the secrets of the darkest magics. I don't think of a dumb lizard.

Iksar______545____210

Dark elf wins on total starting stats.
Erudite wins on total of most important stats STA + INT + CHA = (X).
Iksar...not so much.
INT is easy to raise with items.
CHA...not so much.
Blind as a Bat is not much fun to deal with.
Clear winner...none. Dark elf IMO.

We all know iskar is the more superior race, why anyone would choose anything else is beyond me. Now only if they allowed an iksar rogue/ranger/paladin! heh

ps I also have an iskar necro but he was too powerful and I felt I was cheating so I stopped playing him and made the shammy
