Light blue, and even green con necromancers seem to effortlessly chain fear players. Both the chance to land and the duration of npc fear needs to be adjusted, imo. Lands way too often, lasts way too long. By virtue of level alone these spells should be resisted outright, without even accounting for my MR items, buffs and AAs. Meanwhile, my fear is resisted almost every time or it breaks immediately after landing.
