My items dissapeared from my bags!!

I logged in last night and noticed one of my bags was empty..and a bunch of my items dissapeared! Is this a bug? I tried to petition last night but didnt get a reply and there was a patch before i had to go to bed. I was wondering if anyone has had this happen before and what i should do! Im gonna try petition again and see if I get an answer
 
if you share your info someone stole your shit and will lie to you about it.
check thier listsolds or any new alts with similiar names.
 
Noone has my account info , and the items that are missing are no drop so it would be pointless to steal hehe items from my memory was Athica Amulet, Newport Amulet, Ring of Damnation, Cane of Blinding Strikes, Barak's Sleeves of Vigilance. I think the items were in a summoned mage bag that i got from a friend and somehow it bugged , cuz when i logged on the bag was exhaused dimension hole and it had nothing but my tmap shovel . I tried to petition again last night, #3 in que, but no response
 
I thought those bags turned into a no drop exhausted bag or something. I have never used summoned bags on SoD, so I honestly do not know.

No rent bags in game are suppose to become exhausted bags that weigh 20 pounds. Items in the bags are suppose to remain. This was done (according to somewhere I read but cannot remember where) to prevent the many petition of poofed bag with items so staff didn't get a flood daily.

I know with my mage's bags would transform after log and items were safe.

You may very well be right. I havent used a mage bag since i stopped playing live in 2001, so it's entirely possible.

He is correct. Mage bags do not poof items.

We did do an inventory cleanup last night. Can you post your char name please?
 
What exactly is an "Inventory Cleanup"? Should I be worried about stuff on alts I haven't logged on in a while?

This was posted before the maintenance. It wasn't cleanup, it was just reorganizing the table. No inventory was removed.

And for the concerns, no inventory has ever been, nor will likely be, removed for existing toons. The only cleanup that's ever been done is for toons that have been deleted.

What happens with inventory cleanup is that the inventory records of deleted toons are moved to another file. Since there is a lot of access of the inventory table, keeping it small makes the game run faster.
