My account has not been Authorized?

I have recently attempted 3 times to get onto the Winter's Roar server and every time I try my chat window says something about my account not being authorized even thou my EQEmu account has been authenticated and activated and I am just trying to intelligently and politely ask what can be surmised into a three letter acronym... "wtf?"


Note: I tried joining with the character names/classes "Leothar" and "Jens" both Paladins

I assume that you are having this issue right after you log in. You are stunned and get booted?

If that is the case you need to read the rules that are on this website in their entirety. You will find what you need there. They do this to make sure that everyone reads and agrees to the rules for playing on this server.
