mss32.dll problem (I have the downloaded version of the game

I downloaded the game and for some reason the whole file is on my desktop, not in the program files. every time I try to run the game it says that the mss32.dll is missing. I dont know how to fix this problem because every one just keeps telling me to "point he patcher" to the C drive and my files arent even there...... can some one help me??

ok now it's saying point_AIL_open_XMIDI_driver@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll......... what am I supposed to do

read the entire start guide (this game requires you alrdy have and patched the live vearsion) and some basic Windows skills
