Move vendor in grobb

Most of the vendors in grobb can be reached without aggro'ing one of the iksar brothers , or one of the gm's.

However there is one vendor that is right next to kasthik of the blades , which is horrible for whoever actually owns it, since almost every other vendor owner has the ability to sell to MOST players.

My suggestion is simply to move that vendor further from the warrior GM.

I can't really see this working. Realistically.

I have this probably in newport. I am kos there, ebcause i chose to do the grobb port neck quest... however what msot people don't realize is, hsitorian keldan (some quest mob right by the clock tower in SNP) is on citizen faction, and htis for around 400.

Gm's told me, the idea is not to go into a city where you are hated, and personally i udnerstand this. I jsut wish there was a neutral, non combat zone so no one could ever mess those factions up, where all vendors were centrally located. To me, that seems so much more realistic. or maybe outside the towns, inc aravans (like the boxes and crates in enwport, one pile of which rabb the rat now inhabits)


I don't know, but it makes ownigna vnedor very difficult, especially if you are on grobb factions, hell erudin is easier, and there's not even a port neck for that zone/city

Historian Kelden is going to get fixed as soon as possible. I'll see about moving Kasthik of the Blades as well, rather than the vendor that picked out their place in Grobb first.

But seriously xeldan, I really do think centralizing the vnedors in a non populated part of the zone is a good idea. newport has the area outside the gates.

Grobb has the tents in stingers, if u wanna go that far, or the little alcove/stream where nako, maimai, and my vendors are. I know it kind of ruins the popularity of vendor spots, but the reality is, it's kind of bad for rping to have vendors scattered... i mean i hate payign 100pp a week for my guy to hide in a cave!

Maybe not anytime soon, but I really think this would be a good idea, and i'm totally open to helping out, ieven if it's jsut on a voluntary, non server endorsed level, chat in irc maybe?

I think it's a bit worse to have them carousing outside the protection of city limits.

The wide open empty areas to the left and right of the Newport gates (Where the PoK book was in live and on the opposite side) might make good places for moving/adding vendors. I mean, there's already crates and stuff there.

The problem stated with this post is:
its extremely unfair to the person who DID buy this vendor assuming all vendors cost the same ammount , since he cannot get the same traffic as the rest.

As for grobb , i see it entirely DIFFERENt then anything in newport , Grobb has 2 Factions , just because one hates you (scale or whatever it may be) doesnt neccesarilly make THE City hate you , in fact id say the majority doesnt hate my character, Ive done nil faction quests for it either.
