I searched this forum for "mouseover", "mouse-over", and "mouse over" and didn't find anything. So, if this has already been discussed, then forgive me.
Being a newb, the #1 issue I had last night was not being able to get any tooltips when I moused over the "effects" window. I'm pretty sure that EQL provided info on what the different buffs and debuffs were and their remaining duration when you moused over the icon. Also, when I would alt left-click on my spells, it only tells what magic focus/school they are and how much mana they cost. It doesn't tell what the spell actually does. I have to search the spell databases for that info. This is the only MMORPG that I've ever played that didn't provide spell info when you moused over the cast button or when you mouse over the effects window.

FYI, EQL now grants 200 sense heading when you first start.
