The zoneline to Mountain Crags of Tarhyl in SWOT might benefit from being reviewed and possibly redrawn. When coming at it from certain directions, the player can pass through the apparent zoneline to the tent with the Vah standing inside, but when coming from other directions, the player zones prior to reaching said tent. Perhaps the zoneline ought to be pushed behind the tent and redrawn more broadly so that players cannot pass through it without zoning.

There seems to be some inconsistency regarding the name of Vah home zone. Both the character select screen and the loading screen call it Tipt, Treacherous Crags. Upon zoning in, the player gets the message, "You have entered The Mountain Crags of Tarhyl. When *in* the zone, /who reads as Tipt, Treacherous Crags, but when doing a /who all search, the zone is abbreviated as tarhylcrags. Is it possible to remove these references to the Live zone?

The Runnyeye Citadel is my favorite zone in all SoD, and I recently spent many hours here on a Hardcore toon to relive my memories of this place. However, I did notice a few things that might benefit from being tweaked.

1) Chunk of Slimy Crystal and Bundle of Runnyeye Weapons are both listed as Class: BST despite that neither is used in the BST questline in the Vah city. The former is exclusively for rogues, the latter for warriors.

2) Ol' Grinner ought to be changed to Ol` Grinner, as apostrophes in NPC names seem to be problematic for the client. When I was engaging this mob, I was receiving messages like, "You punch Ol for 14 points of damage" and "Ol hits you for 23 points of damage," as the client apparently registers an apostrophe as a close quote or something. (Did any fellow players ever wonder why it was always Grinkles`s Pet rather than Grinkles's Pet?)

3) A bishop's pet appears as a female human. This means that some model (probably a global one) is missing from the zone. I always assumed it was meant to be a mummy, as the slightly less powerful knights in the same location have zombie pets, but I'm not sure.

4) A venemous slime probably ought to be renamed a venomous slime.

5) A request rather than suggestion, but can someone shed some light on the locked door next to a Runnyeye jester? I have turned this zone inside-out several times over, to the best of my knowledge, and have yet to find any key that works for this door. There are two crates and a chest behind it, as far as I can tell, and it would be a shame if they were indeed inaccessible to players. In the least, how about a confirmation that a key for this door exists and has been implemented in the zone?

If any of this is sensible and feasible, say so! Thanks for reading. :)

This is well known and as far as I know it has resisted attempts to fix it in the past. Not sure if something could be done about it.

Not possible from what I remember, GoD zones don't take their names from eqstr_us.txt clientside (at least in our version of the client? It's kinda pre-GoD-ish) like earlier zones do. In-zone /who is handled by the client and we can't change where it gets the zone name from. /who all and the zone-in message are things we can control, so we did. The only way to make them consistent would be to revert them all back to Tipt, Treacherous Crags. Which would suck. Oh well.
