Currently its impossible to tell if shared mind is working as it appears the bonuses it grants are so subtle they're lost in the normal random number generator fluctuation or its plain broken, further to requesting a bit more testing to make sure it actually works - I have two trivial changes that would give shared mind greater visibility and make people happy:
1) Have a message appear whenever an enchanter joins / leaves a group similar to the monk weight allowance message eg. "You receive mental energies from Mezella granting a 3% critical blast, 3% avoidance, 3% accuracy boost". and "You are no longer under the benefit of Mezellas shared mind". (it wouldn't have to give the percents just a plain notification would be great)
2) Have the shared critical blast bonus work on all players in the group whether they can critical blast or not, giving melee procs a tiny change to crit is hardly overpowering but would once again give the ability greater visibility.
I feel the above changes would make the ability feel a lot less broken if it is indeed working as intended.
