Monk proc'ing Disease Cloud

Ok, I created a monk recently. Now I'm level 4 and he's been proc'ing Disease Cloud around once per mob. I've looked at my equipment and I haven't found any proc on it, do monks get an innate proc or something?

If not, I guess I'll have to post this on the exploit bug list...
