Just a quick question: Was the overweight mark changed to start at 20.0 or should the message be appearing at 20.9? From the earlier thread, 20.9 was listed as the start of the -10% avoidance penalty.
 
When you get the message, you're losing avoidance, although the avoidance loss before 21.0 is pretty tiny.
 
Umm, I get the message at 19 stones. I'm not sure where abouts at 19 stones, but I do indeed get it.

What's this talk about 20.9 stone?

I was told it was 19.9 that it started giving the message, but srsly I think I'm broken, or not paying attention to something, or missing a key component to my weight issues.

At laest I get to start wearing some different equipment now though... which is good to know.
 
Err, im getting the message at 14 stones, am i missing something? And while we're on the subject is there any place to get water that doesnt weigh a stone each?
 
If the weight allowance is 14 + level / 10 shouldnt we be able to hold 20.5 stones at level 65 without losing any avoidance? I know that I start to lose avoidance at 19 as well. I know that Wiz said before that the avoidance loss is minimal, but its still avoidance loss and a huge hinderance with regards to gear choices and such and every little bit helps.
 
Well since Wiz locked my other thread and linked me to here I will post here. I know that the avoidance penalty is minimal but there is still one. If the formula is 14 + level / 10 shouldnt we get to be at 20.9 or 21 weight or whatever without ANY avoidance penalty?
 
It's pretty easy (ok, not really) to stay under 19, I advise just doing that. Just make the right gear choices and you should be fine.
 
I am under the weight limit now (just barely) but thats not the point. The point is that the formula is 14 + level / 10. If the formula says that I should be under 19 than fine, I can live with that, but it says I should be under 20.5 (or somewhere around there) with no penalty. Thats my only concern.
 
I learned long ago that formulas mean jack shit, and to just accept that if it's working one way, and Wiz isn't saying anything to correct it...just roll with it and do your best.
