Monk Mob Changes?

Monk mobs appear to have no "backside" -- meaning they see through sneak and cannot be sneak attacked/backstabbed. Is this something new (i.e., a result of the monk changes) or was I not paying attention before?

I could have sworn I used to be able to sneak attack liodreth monks back in ~November.

this is a new thing and some mobs can enrage behind them, a truly dangerous mechanic

Hahah, thats actually pretty awesome, and pretty aweful at the same time...

I feel for the Rogues though, if they cant BS monk mobs anymore :I

You can backstab through enrage just like you can bash but hey that whole monk mobs not having a back is totally a thing just did Baphomet and when he enraged i was behind him and could not land a single swing and he repoed everything.

Yeah f*** Baphomet, he's been like that since before monk changes.

My main wonder was if the monks in Etereal Dojo were balanced around having a backside, since now they don't. Never fought there before the monk changes, so don't know if that is a novel thing or not. Anyone know?
