Mistwoods newbie quest

Started a new cleric and in the Mistwoods.

Lieutenant Ermon despawns during the night. I suggest that as a main newbie quest giver he should be posted on guard 7/24 to support any newbies who happen to start at night time. Those quests are actually quite well done.

The other quest giver Defender Nalthos will give out newbie quest text regarding [kobold] and [bandit] situations. He won't respond to "Kobold" or "Bandit" but will to "Kobold situation" and "Bandit Situation". I suggest changing the text to make it clearer what to say for true newbies.

Killing bandits for sashes. It took me 6 spawn cycles and ~45 kills to collect 4 sashes. In that time I gathered ~22 bandit money pouches. Maybe up the droprate on sashes and decrease it on money pouches. I've heard others in /ooc mention bandit sash drops to be slow as well. I think a brand new player starting from scratch will have to spend time killing green bandits for quest drops as the drop rate is so slow they will outlevel the camp.

I'm suggesting this as this is one of the first zones a new player might encounter. I've met more than a few who never played on live. Make their experience a good one.

Thanks for the report on Nalthos. He and his night time counterpart, Defender Ordlan, should now be fixed to respond to "kobold" and "bandit" as the brackets suggest. It was a mistake on my part, I had him looking for "kobolds" and "bandits" in the script.

The reason Lieutenant Ermon despawns at night is because a few NPC's for a later quest in his series despawn as well. We would have to change more than just him with it or the next few steps would be very confusing if he was up and the others weren't. I'll take a look at the droprates on sashes though.
