Missing mss32.dll?

Greetings..

I have download eq titanium and the patcher but when i actually try to run i ger ERROR code.


This application has failed to start because mss32.dll was not found.

Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Ps .. can you tell me how to unintall the patcher please.
