Missing graphic only for me

I have a Mithril Ner`Tok that doesn't show up for me when equipped but everyone else can see it. Any ideas what the problem might be?
 
Re-read this, I think I misunderstood the problem.

Maybe a corrupt .txc issue? Not 100% sure, but would make sense.
