Minor Changes in Red Sun mines

OK , when red sun mines was introduced a few weeks back it was labled a "mid 50s groupable zone" ..
So we Take a nicely balanced group there last night 5-26-05 .
a 57 dru,57 clr, 58 ench, 60shm, 61 SK and 63 necro.. Seems to me this group would be a little towards the strong side for a mid 50s hunting area.
And for the first 2 or 3 mobs it was.. a goblin worker even conned green at 63, LB at 57.

But there was no progression. Those few 2 or 3 mobs then there was goblin elite guards who always came in pairs, and were 2 times as strong as the first encountered goblins.
The Imps werent too bad, but also came in pairs, and were 2 times as strong as the first 2 or 3 encountered goblins.

The mobs comming in pairs isnt a problem, with a group you are going to have atleast some form of rudementary crowd control IE ; Root.. And i understand that this is a zone meant for groups.

I believe however you may want to relook at the progression of mob level . Sol A is a huge zone, there should be (in my opinion) a more staggered progression of mobs making it more "huntable" or "crawlable" .

Yes dealing with multiple pulls isn't a problem but it was in the tiny little corridor at the start of the zone with 6 people and 4 pets.. We got about 6 mobs in and it ended up as a pull of 3 elite type mobs in each direction which kept killing various people on the pull due to pathing causing agro..
 
I tried to pull in there and split stuff, but yeah, the mobs do hit for a lot and do kind of suck. When I see level 50 + hunting grounds, I take the 50 + as the creatures inside, not the dudes who should fight in there. Although I suppose that again doesn't really explain it.

At any rate, it's a very tight zone with little room to maneuver. But if you only got single pulls, everyone and their brother would be in that zone because it'd be easy, high end, exp. It's definitely not the candy land that most probably thought it was going to be. I don't plan on returning until I have a few more AA's.
 
The workers and normal goblins aren't part of the progression there, they're anomalies, and the elite guards are avoidable if you want to fight easier goblins or imps/elementals. The zone is built from a lore perspective.
 
.. i have to agree this zone is a VERY tuff lvl 50 zone then lol but still has very nice stuff that drops there... i want the doggy box!!!
 
The goblins aren't for low 50's... that's the lesser imps and fire spirits.
