I find it alittle difficult to actually find places to mine since ever 2-3mins i gotta pack up and search half the zone to find one because it's all being mined out I think it would be a good idea maybe to make them static where they don't run out and maybe just take longer to up the skill and find ore or maybe just where they last longer cause it's just really hard to actually mine anywhere in faentharc and bankak from what ive heard has been mined out allday sunmines well i havn't tried there but from what ive heard it's the same. Also any chance of another forage maybe in newport?

Currently, my guess is that mining supports about 10 miners, serverwide. The massive respawn timer, while a good thing in principle, means those who get on before me (late night PST) farm it all. I get some mining in, sure, but most of the time the well is dry in all places I try. Yes, I know where to mine. Is there any way we can allow more places to mine? or to raise skill another way?
I've explored for veins a great deal. I still have several I mine that nobody else does. But some issues with finding what I think are the rest of the unmined veins is that a) they take tons of zoning, which sucks time and thus the desire to run there to find a *possible* vein that will last 20 minutes and b) they might be in dangerous areas. Even LBs and below can kill you if there are enough of them. And the mining activity rather makes you visible.
That said, I will launch out some more and explore for veins. I only hope it's a fruitful search. I have almost *nothing* to gain from this, other than non-boredom. Im not going to make money off this, most likely. My point is, if the mining is too time-costly for this bard, I'll just pass on it and leave it for kids who don't go to school or have a job.
