Mini update 21/10

[Wiz]

- Tweaked the stats on a number of items.
- Bracelet of Sunbane and all kinds of Draconic/Stormforged armor (NOT combine) will be turned into FACTION BOUND. You will get a warning in the MOTD and a couple of weeks to fix your faction to above indifferent.
- Added a use for the Frost King's Head. Speak to Empress Penerlia.
- Slightly reduced the effect Crystallized Djinni Voice and Zorez'Ad have on songs, to give real instruments at least a slight advantage on them.
- Fiddled with the numbers on rogue backstab again. Hopefully rogues should now be on a good level of DPS-dealing.
- Made the Bearers of Truth Cult Chat easier to read and added a Cult MOTD that will announce events. This marks the return of storyline events.

A larger patch is coming soon that will include Kelethin, the last bits of First Ruins, a bunch of new raid mobs and more.

What's going to happen if you got bracelet a while ago and are now kos? Will it just poof?

The bracer won't be faction bound just yet, you will get a MOTD warning and have time to fix your faction.

First Ruins is not a raid zone. It's a very difficult dungeon.

- Moved the drop locations of certain Immaculate armor pieces around.
- Improved the chest slot class-specific Thazeran pieces for some classes.
- Increased the droprate of Timeless Gems in lower Thazeran's slightly, and upper Thazeran's substantially.
- Reduced the number of Essences required per Core of the Elements combination from two to one.
- Fixed several major problems with upper Thazeran's named.

Post-patch change I just made:

- Moved the spawn points of the ancient darkwood treants in Greater Faydark to Lesser Faydark to accomodate future plans for the zones.

I don't see the point of nerfing the All Instrument bard items. They go from 1-65 needing to choose between weapons and instruments, and when they finally get into the top raiding game they get a few items that make their bardiness more convenient. The All Instrument items were already less effective than the few top instruments in any section, but were used anyways for convenience. This probably wont change, so its just a nerf for the sake of nerfing.

I see you did/planned a few things with stormforged/draconic armor. Did you happen to fix that bug with hand-ins in DHK for faction bound allied items? Or the WW port-in spot that is so dangerous?

I don't see the point of nerfing the All Instrument bard items. With proper singing AAs, Zorez'ad pretty much equalled good instruments, and honestly going from no mod without instrument to 1.8 mod without instruments is pretty nuts (djinni voice).

I plan to add a couple more all instruments items mid game and make it more of an alternative way.

WW port spot is moved, but I don't know what bug you are talking about.

relic dot 540 a tick previously, now 472 (rounded from 472.5). A change of -.3 from the previous mod of 1.8 (2.4 w/ instrument mastery 3)

Hmm. It was set to 1.5 somehow, fixing this.

WW port spot is moved, but I don't know what bug you are talking about.

Certain faction bound items (IE: Cane of the Champion) will be returned to you as a completely different item (with the cane you get an idol instead) vs an upgraded faction bound item.
