I have come across a problem with the arcane academy outside mop in oggok. Many years ago I did blackscale gate neck for Grobb and received a rather large negative faction hit (arcane academy) on the 4 th bounty, killing Gorun and looting his head. This did not pose much of a problem untill mielD quest. Now im at the point where I am to hail & trade in the item but she (Zaika) will not accept it. Tried invis , tried faction clicker , tried illusions , tried charm. So basically anyone that has this faction hit is the only recourse to fix arcane academy faction? Which according to our splendid wiki only 1 quest bestows an increase, a rank 2 thurg bounty "lesser arcana"
