Mantle of the forest stats

Can anyone post the stats for the Mantle of the Forest and the components needed for one to be made? Thanks
 
Don't think I was fooled when you mysteriously went LD in the middle of selling me ancient leaves. Oh no, not even a little.

As for the ingredients besides the leaves, they're in a relatively expensive TS book that's bought in-game; it's reasonably common knowledge in the higher guilds, but I'm not gonna post it because a guildie of mine spent a bunch of scratch to afford it.
 
The formula has been on the wiki for a couple of months now in the book, just no one ever had spikes in a bottle to try it.
