Mal`Kyron, Chilling Claymore and its proc

I think this is the right section to post this in. If not i'm sorry and move it wherever

Anyways, This weapon procs "Grip of Cold" which the spell parser claims it is a 60 point lifetap and it 'Inrceases Aggression Multiplier by 200%'

Voice of Kaezul is a Shadowknight targetable buff that 'Increases Aggression Multiplier by 115%' it lasts 11 minutes on the person, effectively giving them a lot more aggro generation than before. However, when Grip of Cold procs, it does not give any buff on the wielder.

Does this proc give twice the aggro as usual on the mob when it procs?
Does it somehow give the mob a buff that increases the aggro it generates? (On a PC this means nothing.)
Perhaps it is broken or coded wrong?

Its just something I've always wondered about and I had some free time and decided to post about it.

Also i noticed its now Warrior and Ranger usable :toot:
 
Seeing as how it doesn't have a duration or anything, and is targetted at the NPC, I'm going to assume it's just coded wrong.
 
That of course is a possibility, but it parses the Voice line correctly, so I can only assume that it is parse right as well.
 
The parser (Kobex's anyway) has no problems with parsing agro mods, the only thing i've seen it have trouble with is type 3(over) haste

is kobex's the green and black one?

if so it has trouble with damage modifiers, healing modifiers, and some enchanter spells too
 
That is not 200% aggro generation, it's 200 aggro

Why did you not read the disclaimer that said that you shouldn't demand staff fix things when the parser is wrong?
 
I wasnt asking that anything be fixed, I asked that the proc be explained. I only said it was a possibility it was broken.

BUT just to be controversial, it parses other + hate procs just fine. (wailfury, patriarch, even tinkerers mallet) ;)
