Main Quest question

I was completing one of the last parts of the quest gathering books in Heartlands Under Caverns.

When I finally made it to the NPC that drops the Codex II book, it happened to drop 3. 3 of the same books Codex II). Now....I only needed one, and the box I had with me already completed the MQ fully so he didn't need the item.

This isn't an emergency fix or bug. This is just a heads up and a question...

Is this working as intended?

This is absolutely intended.

If you're heading down to do that particular NPC, perhaps offer up a slot to some lower-level folks. I am sure they would really appreciate the drop! I remember being terrified of that mob when I was a new player - his AE is *how much?* No way I will ever survive that! You can make some good friends helping them out, and not worry about book rots. :)
 
Thanks for the quick response, and will do! I've waited until ...well too long to complete my MQ and would like to comment really quick.

The lore is amazing and fun to read! Thank you all SoD staff, creative thinkers and helpers for your effort.

EDIT: I didn't know how in detail the coding is. The drop may have been triggered by a DB flag if you were on that 'part' of the quest.
