Magician Water Pet Slow Percentage

I am not sure how the rest of the magicians are, but I rarely use my water pet. The slow percentage remains the same as the dps of mobs cranks up. I end up using air all the time.

Has anyone given thought about increasing the proc slow percentage as these pets get higher? I was thinking about a similar progression as the slow percentages increase for beastlords spells.

Maybe because 25% slow is much better then no slow at all, and thats greatly appreciated in groups with no slow?

Im pretty sure pets should not be able to replace players, which is why they cant root/ds/slow/stun as well as the player classes.

While I like the idea, I can see problems with this, it might end up making water pets too powerful.

The slow is extremely useful in groups with no slower. The increase in ac and hp of the pet ramps up as mob damage is - the slow is a perk and a huge one at that.

I always found the water pet to be the best pet. Held aggro better then the other pets, the slow allowed to to tank mobs better then any of our other pets.

Leveling up It was almost always Water pet, save for when I knew I was dealing with a lot of casters then Air pet. (save for the 50's since thiers some very large level gaps between pet upgrades).

You want to complain about a pet? Try earth...

I'm fairly sure the air pet has a slightly higher dodge rate than water, but I have no proof whatsoever of this.
