i have the swordfish blood
but where do i get the parchment made from wyernhide
and does the named skeleton in shrouded isle always drop the bone dust?

To get the parchment, you give "an othmir merchant" a wyvern hide in Wyvernfang Coast.
The bone dust is a random drop from any skeleton in the Shrouded Isle basement.
 
Ok so this is somewhat random, but in "the committee's" eyes related ...

I have the Rusty Basement Key for Shrouded Isle if any mage doing this quest wants it (and like me is too lazy to wait for the Lord of the Estate to spawn (he takes forever I am told), and can't find a rogue to pick the lock ... WHAT??!!! I was impatient and couldn't find a willing rogue, so I KNOW someone else out there might me too! *snickers*
