Lvl 18 and lost!

Im a lvl 18 mage. I was doing fine until i left fighting in BB. Now I cant find anywhere to get exp. I never seem to be able to find a warpstone group. So any suggestions on where to hunt?
 
What i always did was this:

BB to 12
Warrens to 20
Warpstone to 25
Kaladim to 30
Paw to like 40

Alternatively you can always do a /who all 15 20 (or plus or minus 5 levels of yourself) and see where the bulk of people your level are at then send one of them a tell to see if you can join them.

This is a great idea, grouping is the way to go here. I've found that politely sending a /tell to people about groups has a much higher success rate than "/ooc LFG!"
 
Dont forget upper guk (i mean mielech-a) and even better bang out some of the main quest, you can get a few levels doing some parts of the main quest! Look at those notes from your dream... they unlock the clues.
 
You can really do the warrens till like 25 solo honestly. As a mage you should be able to solo fairly well. The throne room in warrens will take you to 22ish (all solo pulls minus the actual throne). Then there is a secret drop down you can kill kodiaks at they can easily take you to 25.

Huh funny thing about that is I acidently deleted that bag... iv been tryin to see if a gm could resummon it but they never seem to answer. So i may be screwed on this char.
 
well.. Here is a work around (tip).

Lets say your guy you deleted the stuff from was a wood elf ranger.

Make another wood elf ranger, go thru the dream.... read the books and clues. I dont believe you "need" to keep the books but you should have them available for the "quiz". Reason of making the same race/class... I believe each race starts with the similar go talk to so and so. Just will make it easier on ya.

This could be faster then getting a petition answered as well. Good luck!

All good suggestions,let me add Goblin Skull mountains,easy single pulls up to 25 in front of
Kaladim,though there hardly ever is a group (I wonder why).

Also it is very advisable to dual-box for the times when there is no group and it can be the core
of a future group.
 
buyable in erudin too, and you can look on the wiki or ask around to find who your summons was to send you to
 
I did BB until about 18ish, once everything turned light blue then moved to warrens and the kodiaks are still dark blue at 27, but I've started getting hit with the old zone -10% exp mod so i'm moving onto kaladim... havn't bothered with warpstone because I've been to lazy to lookup how to get there.
I'm a mage as well, I've pretty much used only the fire pet, only time i busted out the earth pet was to break up the BB spawns and then pulled fire pet back out.
