It's not really an accomplishment anymore if he's been nerfed ridiculously.
That one attempt that we got him down to 30% when he wasn't even touched, now THAT is an accomplishment. Now he has half the health? That's shit.
Grats on the kill though I guess, even if he was nubbified.

LOL, yea I was disappointed that he was nerfed a bit because I improved my game since the last raid that went bad. However, we had a strong strong force this time and the CLR's were sharper than last time. Nonetheless, this guy still took quite a bit of mana and it would have been interesting if he was the "old" Ragarati.
all you people complaining about it, to make it clear he was impossible. He didnt got nerfed, just that his HP was WAY too high to what challenge it was intended. It was impossible before because he had so much HP that clerics will run out of mana on a CH chain, and even now that the hp has been lowered still made clerics mana short. I really dont know what you guys are basing this on, all i see is that you want to bitch about something, you were not there the 3 times we wiped with over 26 people, so you have no room to complain.

Sorry I hate when people that talk crap they dont know about just to make themselves look better.
Also will like to point and make clear that one time we got him to 30% we had almost max raid cap on people(29/30), and we tryed it first with a tank and went down in a second and had a monk tanking it and had goddly DPS, let me also remind you that time we had lvl 65 people clearing the room because it was impossible to clear. That is not the purpose of adepts, sure they are to offer a challence, but they are not ment to be impossible or require max raid force. They are enjoyable fights to teach lower lvl people on how to raid and get something out of it.
to conclude, for those who where not there, It is still a challenge, he hits just as hard as the dragon adept without the AoE's. However he is doable by 3 to 4 full groups, Posted strategy that will help the next raiders on this guy at the wiki, as well as strategy for traekoth the ancient. Very fun and rewarding fight, suggest you try it.

While I could be wrong, I don't recall a statement anywhere saying that Adepts were supposed to be trivial with a full raid force. They simply require more than a group--which leaves a pretty broad range.

As for Laksha... first, unless LCR is different from most raid mobs, the cap is 36, not 30. Secondly, he definitely wasn't impossible if you got him down to 30%. I kinda doubt you had 6 wizards, 6 mages, 6 rogues, etc... meaning he could have lost HP much faster, and thus clerics wouldn't have run OOM. He was far from impossible; he was simply tweaked to be more in lines with the desired difficulty.

That's the thing, the time we took him down to 30% we didn't have 6 mages, 6 wizards and 6 rogues... as far as I know, we had NO rogues, a few wizards and like 2 mages. We had far too many healers that weren't clerics, druids, shamans and whatnot. The reason he never died on that attempt was because there was almost NO DPS present.
The only thing that needed to be changed was the room around LCR. Clearing that was impossible because there were too many casters and splitting was impossible to do when you had even con mobs casting on you (almost no room to resist it) and the area was very enclosed.
On another note, LCR wasn't impossible. The wrong type of people was the problem and it appears that after he was nerfed, the right types finally were able to attend the raid. I bet if we had 2 rogues on that attempt at 30%, he would have been killed the way he was making him not impossible.

yeah, and aint finding 6 wizzards+6 rogues+6 ,mages of lvls 45-52 impossible?, correct me if I'm wrong but I even spent 2 days of complete none stop calling for this raid. Oh yeah sorry I forgot it was 36 instead of 30 for raid cap, my bad. but yeah If the mob dosent go down right away with 29 people there is something wrong, the strategy was there. And yes If I had a million dollars i will be a millionare and have everything, but thats not the case, same is here you hardly find people of the lvls to kill this adept you are lucky if you get the numbers regardless of the classes and sometimes lvls. If it was me i would have had done it 47-52 but that was NEVER going to happen so I started lowering the lvls untill lvl 43, I know it sucks, but what can you do. I encourage people to try this adept before they go screaming about it how it got nerfed, it didn't got nerfed just got fixed so people can have a chance. The mob still quads for 350s, and at lvl 52 that is alot considering that most tanks on those lvls have 2600hp unbuffed and maybe 4k tops buffed and with awsome gear.
