Hi all,
I want to create an Euro playtime guild with some likeminded people , Im gonna put a minimum level of 50 ( it's ok if you're between 45 and 50 also ). As the title says, it will be an euro playtime guild, so even if you dont live in europe but play at those times, it's ok.
What am I looking for ? :
People who plays around 3 times a week, twice a week being a strict minimum .
People with team spirit.
People with an adult attitude. Age does not matter as long as you dont behave like a moron in chat channel, guild group or your standard xp group.
People who are interested in building a guild from scratch, who are not afraid to take initiatives and who are volunteer to help others.
People with " a down to earth attitude", I dont really care if you soloed nagafen only with your left arm back in the old days, or if you were in the uber guild of doom, I'm looking more for easy going and nice people.
People who are willing to join the guild with their main char, its ok to being alts also.
What am I not looking for :
- People with "I know it all" and " my HP is bigger than yours" mentality
- Loot wh*re.
- Selfish people who only show up when they know there is something for them
- Drama queen. ( If you're going to be a pain in the bottom because X had the sword of uberness instead of you, dont bother )
- and last but not the least, people who dont comply with the SOD rules.
This being said, now what's the plan ?
- First of all, the minimum number of people to create a guild is 9, so that's the first goal ; a dozen of persons would be great .
- doing a maximum of guild group so we get to know how to play togeither, be it for xp or quests.
- helping each other as much as we can
- once we are confident in our abilities to play as a group or raid force, we can look for more challenging mobs and zones .

PS : About the guild management, I am an open minded guy and I am open to everyone's suggestions as long as it goes in the interest of the guild members. Since guild achievements are a collective work, I think that everybody is entitled and should be encourage to express his/her opinions.
