Listbuy sent wrong item

I hit /cm listbuy <name> 46 to purchase the wyrmhide leggings and instead ended up with wyvrenhide. I checked my command and scrolled up and sure enough I entered the correct number, 46. Spent my last pp on the purchase and was sent the wrong ones.

I have a screenshot of the /cm listsold as proof that I am not crazy, but the forum keeps telling me the upload failed.
 
It's a known problem with listsold. It sent you the right item, however the list you were looking at was stale. The longer a zone is up, the staler the list gets; it's not getting updates for some reason.

The best way to use listsold is to zone to your house and use it. That way it's a brand new view of it.

Since it's an instanced zone, the house essentially brings up a new zone when you first zone in, and takes it down when the last toon zones out. It's the act of bringing up the new zone that gets the fresh list.

If you manage to keep your instance of the house up for days, it'll have the same problem.

So how do I resolve this and get the correct item? Do I have to just wait for the seller to by chance be online when I am and request an exchange or hope someone in /auction is willing to trade?
