List of classes that can solo

I'm having major problems finidng xp now tho.. even with a group of 3 people I havent been able to reliably take down a double mob pull without dying half the time. I've tried Bancak, Ruins of First City, Crystal Caverns, orcs in EW, Wyverns in Wyvernfang.. very frustrating

Double blue? Double blue with caster? I mean... blues shouldn't be so vicious, but if it's two very high blues, or a caster in the mix, it can get nasty with only three people.

Thx for the quick reply Nuralia..uh..Prathia.. :D

Great so Archery Mastery and Endless quiver work...sweet.

I understand that Dujek has a ranger, thx to Mel, and that he has some very nice eq. :D

I also understand that tradeskills are a lot of work for you, and really i'm not bitching...i have known for some time only a couple are implemented, and that fletching, and others, would take time. No big deal..really. I wasn't really ranting.

Two blues of any kinda have presented major problems lately. If one of them happens to be a caster, I usually have no chance of winning the battle. I dont have many problems damaging the enemies, but they seem to be hurting me too much. I pretty much have to tank for an entire fight unless I send my pet and cast nothing on the NPC, because my pet cannot regain agro from me once I have it, unless I do NOTHING. A blue caster NPC by itself is killable but they can sometimes come close to killing me with the huge nukes they tend to drop. Most places I've tried xping at since I hit level 30 have a very limited number of places where you can single pull, and being unable to kill two mobs at once makes soloing extremely difficult.. and without another healer it looks like i wont be able to tank two mobs even with a group.

Dannin, I can testify that I have experienced this, a deep blue spell caster has given me trouble sometimes. All spellcasters are tougher than their /con can lead you to believe. And I realise that pulling two deep blues, one of them being a spell caster, almost always results in death when solo. I have experienced this. Whether that is intended i'm not sure, but I'm also not sure what can be done. I personaly try and lvl up any way i can, until i can either find a group to take on things that kill me, or until i am well enough to fight solo. For me it's something i try and accept. But then again, i'm in no hurry. I understand that not everyone will aggree on how fast we should lvl, and really i have no place in saying so, i just try to play and have fun, somehow, the lvls come when they do and the mobs fall in line.

But that's just me, and i'm not surprised if my case is irrelevant to the matter.

are there any more details you want Wiz, I'll do my best to give you any information you need.. last night after the patch I was xping in Netherbain on the netherbains, and the first time I got a double pull I managed to kill it.. I was pretty surprised, but every time after the first time if I got a 2 pull instead of a single pull, it resulted in my death.. none of these NPCs cast, and they have been blue for a few levels now.

Wow, so many posts in short time! Okay, im a druid, and I was wondering where did Dannin lvl up at 10 (if it wasnt warrens or shrouded island), I would really like to know another place besides the ones that I mentioned

About the druid charming spell, many people told me that you can make some combo with snare and root, and charm animals... does anybody know how to charm and use it effectively? Looks like you can do more than just targeting a monster, casting the spell, and using the monster as cannon fodder

You might want to try Scarlet Desert. It's outdoor and from what i have seen, the drops there are soft leather, so i'm guessing it's close to warrens. It's outdoors and has roaming cheetahs and Hoppers. You might want to try there for charm kiting. There are also "bloodsun monks?" think that is the right name. Found a named that dropped a scimitar with a proc near one of the southern camps in a tent. There are also named cheetahs that drop either a range item that is like plus six to str and a hide for the 2nd cloak quest from twilight sea

for people non-kos in thurg, the easiest route for leveling up from 10 to 12 or 15 might just be collecting rogue dwarf heads and turning them in to Nolgon for xp.. I found that if I tried to xp in the warrens or shrouded isle I tended to die repeatedly unless I had a group, and that finding a group was very problematic, so I just farmed heads until I was level 15, and then xp'd in echo caverns and after echo caverns in fungus grove

on a sidenote...

I went back to funugs grove today and killed fungus mutants until I had to head out, and managed to get out of level 32 and nearly complete level 33 with only minor problems. A large % of the fungus mutants are light blue at level 33, but at least a third are still dark blue, and its better than cranking out 80% of my xp debt then dying again repeatedly :)

Im Kos, so besides getting an illusion spell from an enchanter, what can I do to give the heads to the npc? :brow: Its so unfair... ;(

I dont know if there are any quests to do or NPCs to kill to get good Thurg faction, I'm still pretty new myself.

Gaining Thurg faction is almost impossible, as far as I've seen.

maybe Rogue Dwarves should give good Thurg faction... its relatively easy to get good Erudin faction by killing in the warrens

How can I get there, and its useful for what levels exactly?

Nexus - shadow haven- echo caverns (illusion entr) - fungus grove - twilight sea - scarlet desert.

i'm unsure of the levels for it. Since it drops Soft Leather Armor, I'm guessing it would be the same for warrens, 10 to mid 20s.

Sow and Camo should get you through the other zones with little to no problem. The only thing you will need to watch for is the skeletons near the buildings in Fungus Grove. But you should have plenty of pathing to get past them.
