I've managed to get WR working, and have been playing a Necromancer.
I've noticed that, unlike EQ Live (self protecting disclaimer: WR is not EQ Live and I know this already), lifetaps do not scale up in damage as you gain levels. They seem to hit for the same damage that they will do the level you first bought them. Is this intentional?
