Lethal Strike AA

With full AAs, this ability currently gives a Rogue one guaranteed assassination on a lvl 1-54 mob every 50 minutes. I can't speak for other Rogues, but this is so meh that it will be one of the last lines of AAs I'll complete.

Idea:

1. Change Lethal Strike to grant a +1 worn armor bane bonus versus the current target's body-type for 30 seconds.
2. Each rank of Hastened Lethality (currently reduces ability cooldown by 10%) additionally increases the bonus by +1 and effect duration by 30 seconds for a cap of +4 worn armor bane damage for 2 minutes.

Context? I can think of ways it could be (e.g., an encounter where an add had to die immediately) but I haven't experienced any.

Blackscale assassinations, being bored farming tradeskill stuff, getting an add off a healer in certain zones & saving the day... I don't use it often, but I do use it from time to time.
